Alicia got into the trades in 2018 after taking a course through West Virginia Women Work. She has been with MMG since she started in the trades and has been in multiple positions with the company. She is a wife, a mother of four, and a grandmother of five.

HVAC Division

Dennis is a senior HVAC technician. He started in the trade almost 30 years ago and is passionate about HVAC. He has two daughters and one granddaughter.

HVAC Division

Josh has been doing HVAC for over 20 years. He loves how diverse the things that he looks at are on any given day. It keeps things interesting. He is a father of one boy, and his hobbies include car stereos and aquariums.

Zach is a father of a little girl and his hobbies include fishing, skateboarding, and hiking. He got his start in HVAC while living in Iowa and loves how dynamic and challenging it can be.

Gary has been in the plumbing trade since he was 15 years old (16 years ago). He comes from a family of plumbers. His father, two uncles, and cousin are all plumbers. Gary loves having a different office every day, meeting new people, and working outdoors doing service plumbing. He is a father of four with one more on the way. His hobbies include bow hunting, and renovating his home.

Jeremy has been in the plumbing trade for around seven years now. He enjoys how demanding the job is both physically and mentally and the sense of accomplishment he gets when he's done with each job. His hobbies include solving Rubik's cubes and gaming. His best time for solving a Rubik's cube is 45 seconds.

Plumbing Division

Mike has been a plumber for 16 years. He is also skilled in most other home repairs, including flooring, siding, roofing, painting, windows, and doors. Mike is an outdoorsman, who loves hunting and fishing. He is also a proud father of three boys and one girl.

Shawn has been doing plumbing, masonry, concrete, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and landscaping since he was 14 years old. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and spending time with his son.

Richard has been a plumber for over 30 years now and often goes by Cowboy. He enjoys meeting new people and their pets. He also enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the job. His hobbies include dirt track racing, camping, and fishing.

Nathan is a Journeyman Electrician with nine years in the trade. He has a wife and two daughters. Nathan's hobbies include paintball and ATV racing.

Caleb got into the trades in 2014 when he got his electrical license. His hobbies include singing, playing guitar, carpentry, and building things. He is a father of a little girl.

Types of Water Treatment Systems
